- It Was a success!! Three days of photos and thank you to the volunteers that came and helped with this.
- Approx $540 profit
- Shirts have been ordered. We are just waiting on a delivery date.
- Extras ordered as well.
- Fundraiser ends 9/23 (This Friday)
- Prizes
- 1-5 items: Keychain
- 6-10 items or $50 raised: Keychain & Fluffy Pen
- 11-15 items: Keychain, fluffy pen, & 14’ mesh covered ball
- 16-20 items or $100 raised: Keychain, fluffy pen, ball, and a battery operated light up neon set (glasses, bracelet, and ring)
- 21 items & up or $150 raised: Keychain, fluffy pen, ball, neon set, and gaming truck or foam party (students choice).
- We will be having a pickup party with grab foods since we had to cancel the after school kick off party. Once we know the delivery date we will post the invite for the party.
- The EMCID grant Application is being filled out to help with the shade structure for the playground. This grant will only cover $5000 of the expense of the shade structure. The following are bids for different sizes. This may be something that we will have to have multiple fundraisers for.
- We have three bids
- 25’x25’x12’: $14,995.00
- 20’x20’x12’: $13,495.00
- 15’x15’x12’: $12,895.00
- Per Kevin we need to contact Jennifer Green or who took over for her if she is no longer doing it to see if EMC can help pay for the whole thing.
- Another option for the EMCID grant is the vending machine in the teacher lounge.
- Sept 29th from 4-6
- Once the weather is cooler we will be having Willie the Wildcat come out
- Selling our Merch only.
- Who can volunteer:
- Board Members: Nicole, Shelly 5:30-6:15
- 3 volunteers are coming but 2 will be in the library.
- Now offering drinks in the VIP package.
- Cost is now $45 for VIP
- Needs to be purchased at least 5 days in advance. This makes sure that we are able to get enough people together to do the gram and get the supplies.
- This will be September 26th - September 30th.
- We have enough volunteers to cover.
- Will also be open during the Dual Language Night.
- 5:30-7:00
- Party will be held the week after for the winning class.
Events in October that we will need help with
- Picture Day 10/25
- 5+ volunteers needed (need to confirm with Jennifer)
- Book Character Day 10/28
- Will be taking photos
- Need 5 volunteers total (3 for the table & 2 in the room)
- Fall Festival 10/27
- There will be a list of dress up days posted soon.
- 10/25 dress to impress for picture day
- We will need to come up with some games and prizes.
- There will be a flier going home with a candy drive for each grade level.
- Might be inside due to lighting.
- Vendors can't be inside so the committee has to see if they can be on the front patio or another location.
- The Community Outreach Committee can’t charge vendors because it’d be considered a fundraiser if they did.
