1. Researching vendors

1. Thursdays instead of Fridays since we are doing car rider duty.

3. Most of the store will be marked down to $0.25 and what isn't sold in a few months will be donated to the treasure box up front.

1. We were told that Cruz would like to put together a parent involvement committee but that is what we are. 
2. If Cruz would like to go over ideas to get more volunteers with our volunteer coordinator, Jennifer, we would love to hear her ideas.
1. If someone would like to work with PTO we are always open but a competing organization will not be put in place.

1. Nicole needs a key to the PTO as she is VP now.
2. Is it possible to get the key given back to Mendez for other board members to use when needed?
1. Nicole and Shelly will have a key and the key for board members only will be with Mendez.

1. We will offer lanyards 50% off.

1. Communications dept will approve.

1. Will be here for “Meet The Teacher” in mid Aug. 

1. At every event you will have to show your ID.
2. It is highly recommended that all pre-register. 
3. It takes 60 secs for each badge to print if you don't. 
4. Even if you have pre-registered you still have to show an ID to get it.
5. PTO will make a post on our facebook page for the school to help.

4. Group Kindergarten graduation photos will need to be taken early so they can be included.

1. Has told the school that if we need an officer for an event to please just let them know ahead of time and they will have someone come out.

1. Public meetings will be live on facebook once a month Thursdays at 6-7pm.
2. Board meetings will be held once a month on Wednesdays at 4:30.
