8/23/22 Public PTO Meeting

• When is it and what do we want to use it for?
• Employee Vending Machine 
• Candy & Snack Machine for kids (voted no due to kids wanting to go during class)
• Water & Gatorade for kids and employees
• Visitors and employees vending machine
• Temporary fencing for the front field since that's where a lot of the older kids go for recess.
• We need to get quotes for all things we would like to use the grant money for.

• Need to get volunteers
• Make sure the background check is done and approved

• $5 & $20 option
• We will place a sign by the cafeteria.
• Top 5 classes with the most memberships submitted
• Will be updated weekly
• Volunteers 
• Volunteers can come during and after school with their children as long as they’ve had their background check completed and approved. They must have their government ID with them at all times.

• Fundraiser will be running 9/9-9/23
• Will go home 9/9 with the students
• Kickoff Party 9/2
• In cafeteria during school

• Evening Kick Off 9/12
• In the cafeteria with Popcorn and Water. Will have more information for the parents to understand the fundraiser and to mingle with PTO and other parents

• Gaming and foam truck for top winners

• Willie The WildCat will be there.
• 2x a month from 4-6
• 20% of all sales goes to PTO
• We have provided the car hopes with shirts that show Greenleaf Spirit Nights with our webpage to advertise. Starting in September we will go up with Willie during these hours for kids to see. 

• Hats, red drawstring bags have been bought.
• Other items discussed during the board meeting and voted yes on.
• Polo Shirts (bought from Academy and have Eunice with 360 Designs put the decals on them.
• Panchos with a Wildcat
• Soft Blanket (smaller than the old one)
• Red drawstring bag. Will purchase from athletics for $3 and sell for $5
• Small umbrellas for 6th grade to purchase.
