School Supplies

• Vote was yes: Nicole, Tiffany, Jennifer, Lauren & verbal: Church
• We will get with each grade levels and learn what they need as basic supplies
• Will also check out a website that offers the same things. EPI

 STAAR Snack Packing

• We supplied 3-6th for three days (when we should not have; most only tested 2 days) 
• We supplied shirts for those kids and all staff.
• Total spent was 
• Shirts Total = $2371.85 splitting the cost in half with the school our cost to be $1185.93
• Snacks = $623.28
• Total Cost for PTO= $1809.21

Field Day

• We spent $12.99 trash bags and $ on snacks
• We made $641.09
• Reviews/Opinions on Kona Ice
• Vote for Scenic Ice for next year

Yule Ball Back Drop & Traffic Control 

• How did it go?
• No dancing
• No information given on manners other than comments here and there.
• Backdrop was $60.00 Pictures $29.66 = $89.66
• Sold 5x7 for $5 and made $80.
• This was a loss of ($9.66) but the backdrop will be used during the Neon Party and on future events. 

Garage Sale Spots

• Sold 8 @ $25 each = $200
• We made in Merch and Food sales $192.45 / Total made $392.45
• We spent $122.84 on the bar-b-q
• Profit $269.61

Neon Party

• Need to advertise all week including seeing if we can put in the blackboard 
• How much have we made so far? $216 (money is still coming in)
• What we have spent $120.93 (3 black lights, 400 glow sticks, & disco light)
• Do we want to purchase the light up balloons for the kids, as they were a hit at the last neon party? Yes
• Will be using the Yule ball backdrop. 
• Volunteers Needed for Evening Party as Tiffany & Jennifer will not be attending.
• Eunice will let us know by Friday if she is able to make the afternoon party.

Cinco De Mayo Photos 5/5

• Spent $41.88 on photos and $23.27 at Party City = $65.15
• Made $186
• Profit $120.85

Merch Sales

• Added the croc charm and it has been a hit!!
• The 22% off sale will continue until 6/15
• Need to advertise again
• Need to discuss any ideas on future shirt designs
• Staff shirts: need to be delivered by 8/1

Pie in the Face 5/20 @ 3PM
