    • No Word 
    • We are not doing an in person event as we can not get a hold of them.
  •  STAAR Snack Packing
    •
    • Will put together 5/2- 5/6 approx 1000
    • Pretzels, animal cookies, peppermints
    • 2 cases of water per class.
    • Volunteers needed
    • Testing is 5/10-5/12 will hand out snacks 5/9
    • Do we want to feed the teachers all or just testing teachers? How many days?
      • If we decide to feed the teachers it has to be all staff & all 3 days
      • Places we can look into

        • Wal-mart/Sam’s (Sub Platters)

    • There will be a google doc to be filled out for badges.
      • 125 adults have registered for a badge so far. 
    • Need volunteers to pick up each day.

      • Clean up: 1 
    • K, 2nd, 4th, 6th 4/21 7:15
    • Pre-k, 1st, 3rd, 5th 4/22 7:15
    • We will setup a merch table
    • There will be a photo backdrop that the parents can use at their leisure. 
    • Voted for Hometown Donuts
      • 286 donuts a day
    • Budget for decorations: $100 
      • $85 was spent
    • White Milk: 200, Chocolate Milk: 400, Orange: 200 = 600 total
    • Cases of water (qty?)
    • $357 spent on donuts for 500 donuts (250 per day plus free extras)
    • $907 total was spent for the event
  • Garage Sale 
    • $25 a spot 
    • Need to contact instructional building
    • 10x10 spot
    • Vendors & Garage Sale
    • Still need to discuss with Davis & Parker
    • Possibly have one now to make some of the funds back that we have spent this year & one right before school to bring in funds for the next year.
  • Teacher Appreciation

    • 5/2: Breakfast Donuts and kolaches, coffee
    • 5/3: Snacks & sodas (cart) (Approval needed to deliver via cart), cookies
    • 5/4: Chick-Fi-La (Sandwiches & Salad)

    • 5/6: Cookies & Coffee
      • Different cookies & Coffee K-Cups
      • Moving to 5/2 & 5/3
    • Parent (Mrs. Hagger) is providing lunch from Italionos

    • As most of you know Shelly is an interim President and will need to be voted in for the next school year. Mrs. Wilson has turned in her resignation for Technology to end in May 2022. So we have a few spots open. If you are interested in one please let us know and we will be voting at the May meeting.

    • We will be preselling the snow cones, we have an option of two sizes or make it just one size. 9 oz for $2 and 12oz for $3 and they are offering it to the staff and kids at this price. To the parents and siblings as well as any extras the kids purchase will be at the regular price on the truck.
