• Thursdays instead of Fridays since we are doing car rider duty.
• Approved but will be from 7:45 until announcements
• Most of the store will be marked down to $0.25 and what isn't sold in a few months will be donated to the treasure box up front.

Parent Involvement Committee

• We were told that Cruz would like to put together a parent involvement committee but that is what we are. 
• If Cruz would like to go over ideas to get more volunteers with our volunteer coordinator, Jennifer, we would love to hear her ideas.
• If someone would like to work with PTO we are always open but a competing organization will not be put in place.

Room Key

• Nicole needs a key to the PTO as she is VP now.
• Is it possible to get the key given back to Mendez for other board members to use when needed?
• Nicole and Shelly will have a key and the key for board members only will be with Mendez.

• Students will have to wear badges this year
• We will offer lanyards 50% off.

• Website in Spanish

• Communications dept. will approve.

• 21’-22’ Yearbook

• Will be here for “Meet The Teacher” in mid Aug. 

• ID Required-Per district rules
• At every event you will have to show your ID.
• It is highly recommended that all pre-register. 
• It takes 60 secs for each badge to print if you don't. 
• Even if you have pre-registered you still have to show an ID to get it.
• PTO will make a post on our facebook page for the school to help.

• Badges from past board members

• Tiffany & Courtney will need to return their badges to the school

• Yearbook Club
• Will be 5th & 6th grade instead of just 6th
• Will meet before and after school
• Will need to be finished in March to be ready at the end of the year.
• Group Kindergarten graduation photos will need to be taken early so they can be included.

• Has told the school that if we need an officer for an event to please just let them know ahead of time and they will have someone come out.

• Public meetings will be live on Facebook once a month on Thursdays at 6-7pm.
• Board meetings will be held once a month on Wednesdays at 4:30.
